How do I redeem my Fully Flex or 8 Pass tickets?

To redeem your tickets using a Fully Flex or 8 Pass Season ticket simply contact Queensland Theatre Company Ticketing Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm on 1800 355 528 or via email sales@qldtheatreco.com.au
Our staff will confirm your performance dates and times, seating and whether your tickets will be mailed to you or left for collection at the relevant box office.

Please note for Fully Flex tickets: Multiple passes to the same play are not permitted (eg. a 5 Play package entitles you to attend 5 different plays) Admissions expire at the end of the 2010 season. No refunds on unused tickets.

How do I exchange my tickets?

Ticket exchanges are available only to Season Ticket Holders to another performance (of the same play). If your plans change, you are required to mail or present your tickets at the Box Office at least 48 hours prior to your ticketed performance, subject to availability. Exchanges can not be done via phone or email. Each exchange costs $3.30 per ticket (incl. GST). An upgrade fee applies when exchanging from a preview or matinee performance to an evening performance. Print the Exchange Form, write in your details and post it in with your tickets to make the exchange process quicker.

If I miss my performance how do I arrange another ticket?

As a Season Ticket Holder, if you miss your performance or can’t get your exchange in on time, you can purchase tickets at a special rate of $25 per ticket (subject to availability). Please call 1800 355 528 to arrange your ticket.


Where can I find a performance finish time?

Look at our individual show pages on this website, or call QTIX on 136 246 and listen to the prompts. Running times are a guide only and may be changed closer to the performance season.


How do I receive my free program for each show?

Simply show your Season Ticket to the program seller at the venue to get your complimentary program.


How do I buy discounted additional tickets to shows?

To purchase additional tickets to a performance for friends, or for a show you haven’t selected as part of your Season Ticket, call 1800 355 528.

Alternatively call QTIX on 136 246 and inform your ticket seller at the time of purchase that you are a Queensland Theatre Company Season Ticket Holder to receive $10 off the single ticket price. Exchanges cannot be done via phone or email.
