Overview
Education Performance: Suitable for Prep - Year 4
Two clowns are waiting. They have been waiting a terribly long time. One clown is determined to follow the rules and sit still. The other tries to keep boredom at arm's length by playing games.
Sometimes waiting can feel like forever. This play explores how two clowns have no choice but to pass the time by using their imaginations. They dine on food that appears out of thin air, use simple items to create amazing new worlds and discover an entire universe inside a hat!
But do they get what they are waiting for ...
Queensland Theatre Company is pleased to work with deBASE Productions, the team behind the hit show Lily Can’t Sleep, to create this brand new show for Primary Schools after the successful season and tour of Lily Can’t Sleep. deBASE Productions has a unique working style based on playing games and using various comic styles to create magical worlds where the imagination takes hold and reality is left far behind.

Regional Tour
Touring to schools in regional Queensland during Terms 3 and 4.
Dates for various regions will be forwarded to schools direct.
